ELI provides training and tangible resources to youth workers in underdeveloped communities around the world, so that they can more effectively train the next generation of leaders in their sphere of influence.

In addition to abstinence education materials provided here and suggested on this website, ELI will enhance the effectiveness of youth workers through the provision of vehicles, computers, and training centers.

In the future our vision is to help establish cyber cafes and Internet centers which will provide economic resources to the local youth organizations and afford educational opportunity for distance learning.

This site is not to register to obtain resources, but we are looking to secure the following gifts in-kind such as:

• late model laptop computers
• medical supplies
• abstinence literature
• donate funds for shipping these materials
• contributions for ministry vehicles to be purchased in-country
